Hey Jim, I'm glad you got a linksys node up and running. The range on the linksys nodes isn't very far until you put a high gain directional antenna and possibly an amplifier which can be more costly than just getting a ubiquiti radio and flashing it (Flashing some Ubiquiti radios can be much more difficult and if done wrong can brick the radio). This being the case we're using the linksys for learning how the nodes work and what you can do through them however you kinda need 2 nodes to really test out it's potential. I have a linksys that's already flashed over that you're welcome to use for testing/learning purposes. Let me know how I can get it to you. Hope you're having a nice day!
